Description
Double cone rotating vacuum dryer is a new drier that integrates mixing and drying in the one body and equips with condensor and vacuum pump. Therefore the vacuum drier is formed (If the solvent does not recover, the condensor may be not used). The drier is advanced in design, simple in inner structure, easy for cleaning, to discharge all raw material, convenient in operation, lowing the strength of labor and improving work environment.
Scope of Application
The drier is suitable for drying and mixing powder or granule raw material of pharmaceutical industry, foodstuff industry and chemical industry and so on. Especially it is suitable for the following raw materials that have special requirements:
1.thermal sensitive raw material that can not in high temperature;
2.raw materials that are easy to be toxic or to be dangerous;
3.raw materials in which the solvent needs to recover and there is toxic gases;
4.raw material that have the requirement of containing rather low content of residue volatized materials;
5.raw materials that need to mix evenly and fully.
Working Principle
Let heat source (for example, low pressure steam or thermal oil) pass through the sealed jacket. The heat will be transmitted to raw material to be dried through inner shell;Under driving of power, the tank is rotated slowly and the raw material inside it is mixed continuously. The purpose of reinforced drying can be realized;The raw material is under vacuum. The drop of steam pressure makes the moisture (solvent) at the surface of raw material become saturation and will evaporate. The solvent will be discharged through vacuum pump and recovered in time. The inner moisture (solvent) of raw material will infiltrate, evaporate and discharge continuously. The three processes are carried out unceasingly and the purpose of drying can be realized within a short time.
